The Women’s Media Summit is taking place virtually and there are two ways you can attend in the event!
You can join us online in our NEW web conference room via Hot Conference. To get the most out of this feature it is recommended you have a microphone and speakers so you can talk with participants. If you do not have a microphone you can still participate by typing in the room or you can call in the teleconference bridge line and listen and chat with our guests.
Once you register for the Women’s Media Summit you will be sent a password to access the main event. However you can test it out beforehand – all you have to do is download the conference room software which will be sent to you once you register. It will save an icon to your desktop so that you will not have to download it again. When you get ready to enter the room, fill in your name (do not enter anything in the password box, leave it blank) and you will get right in.

Access to the web conference room will be on a first-come basis so if you plan to be with us online, be sure and arrive early. For those who cannot access the room, you will still be able to join us on the teleconference bridge line.
